Most people think trading is about selling and buying, while the basis of trading, I think, is actually to satisfy customers’ demands and settle problems for them.

Last month, the CRC coils our customers purchased were partially rusted due to vessel leaking during sea transportation. It is none of our business since the insurance is covered by our customers. However, we helped them to communicate with shipping agents to find where the problem is and provide them with documents that will be necessary to insurance claim later.

Our quality and the technical department also give suggestions on dealing with such rusted coils. The lightly rusted coils can be immersed into the first tank of galvanizing cleaning section with 5%-10% HCL solution to clean the rust on the surface, which will not affect continuous galvanizing after such rinsing.

Do as we can to solve problems for customers even though such problems have nothing to do with us.

What we should provide for our customers are not only products but also the service, the experience of confidence and honor.
